Volunteer Room Host Information
Volunteers selected to serve as Room Hosts will receive 50% off general conference registration. Please note this discount applies to the main conference only and does not include pre-conference sessions.

Volunteer Commitment

Each selected volunteer will serve as a Room Host for two (2) consecutive sessions in the same room during either the morning or afternoon of the conference.
As a Room Host, you will:

Welcome attendees into the session room.
Assist with CEU sign-in sheets or app check-ins.
Manage attendee seating and capacity as needed.
Help ensure sessions run smoothly and on time.

Room Hosts are eligible to earn CEU credits for the sessions they support.
We will do our best to assign you to sessions aligned with the type of CEUs you are seeking; however, we cannot guarantee placement.

Volunteer Availability & Selection

Only 20 volunteer Room Host positions are available. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and spots will be filled as qualified applicants are selected. We encourage you to apply early to secure your opportunity.

Volunteers will be selected and confirmed no later than September 15th.
If you are selected, you will receive a discount code to apply toward your conference registration. Please do not register for the conference until you have been notified of your selection status. Applicants who register prior to selection will not be eligible for a refund of the discounted amount if accepted as a volunteer.

Attendance Requirement
We truly value our volunteer Room Hosts and the important role they play in making Head to Toe a success. Because the volunteer discount is provided in exchange for your service, it is essential that all selected volunteers complete their assigned shifts.

If a volunteer does not fulfill their assigned responsibilities, their organization will be invoiced for the full general registration amount.
