Materials & Deadlines
Exhibitor materials (logos, copy, etc.) must be submitted by the listed deadlines to guarantee inclusion in event materials.

Event Changes
Organizers reserve the right to adjust event dates, format, or delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, comparable benefits or a credit/refund will be offered.

Use of Logos
Both parties may use each other’s name/logo for promotional purposes related to these events, in accordance with brand guidelines.

Conduct
Sponsor agrees to follow all event policies. Inappropriate conduct may result in removal without refund.

Liability
